Can I replace an RF radio with this system?

While it’s not recommended to rely exclusively on a satellite link, the ideal solution is to combine it with RF links. This approach gives you the best of both worlds: RF for full control during takeoff, landing, and all operations within radio link range, and satellite connectivity to extend communication range and enable autonomous modes when operating beyond RF coverage.

Can I receive all telemetry and data? Will I get live video?

The system is designed to transmit the essential telemetry required for mission success, ensuring reliability and efficiency. Live video streaming is possible but requires high bandwidth and significant data usage. For ISR missions, onboard recording with post-mission analysis is a practical and effective alternative that saves bandwidth while maintaining mission quality.
